In view of the current situation caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), from the Angel Alarcon online store we inform you:
- Shipments will be made every day (Monday to Friday except holidays).
- The transit of the packages can be extended between 24 and 72 hours in addition to the usual shipping period.
- Shipments and returns will be processed only and exclusively at home.
- To preserve the safety of the deliveryman and customers, payment by cash on delivery and return by cash on delivery are cancelled. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and transfer. The return will be managed by transfer.
- The deadline for requesting a return or exchange is extended to 30 days from the receipt of the shoe while the alarm status is active in Spain.

Unfortunately, if your size is not available at the moment, we cannot guarantee replacements. But you can try again in a few days in case we have received more stock.
Maybe this article is sold out, or we don't have it available in the online shop. We receive stock every week so you can check again in a few days.
Currently you cannot reserve a shoe but we can send you an email when we receive a new pair.
When a shoe is not available, when you select the size, a space appears to write your email. If you write it, we will notify you when we receive the shoes again. If you want to ensure that the shoe will be available in the future, please contact customer service.
Spain: 24-72 hours. Delivery time: Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
Outside Spain, it depends on the country, usually between 3 - 6 working days. You will receive a tracking number to be able to follow up the shipment.
If you are not available at the delivery address, courier will try once more. If still not be able to delivery, they will call you or leave a note with instructions.
Shipping to Spain is free of charge (except Canary Islands). Except for payment cash on delivery, where there are administration fees.
Shipping outside Spain cost 10-28€ (see our shipments): Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech republic, Romania and Sweden.

Lead time is 14 days from reception date.
For orders sent to Spain, return is free of charge (except Canary Islands)
For orders sent to Canary Islands or outside Spain. Shipment costs are at your expenses. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
