- Shipments will be made every day (Monday to Friday except holidays).
- The transit of the packages can be extended between 24 and 72 hours in addition to the usual shipping period.
- Shipments and returns will be processed only and exclusively at home.
- To preserve the safety of the deliveryman and customers, payment by cash on delivery and return by cash on delivery are cancelled. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and transfer. The return will be managed by transfer.
- The deadline for requesting a return or exchange is extended to 30 days from the receipt of the shoe while the alarm status is active in Spain.

To request a refund you can follow the next steps

Is there any charge for a refund?
For orders sent to Spain (except in the Canary Islands), return is free of charge.
For orders sent from the Canary Islands (Spain) and other countries. Shipment costs are at your expenses. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
