In view of the current situation caused by the Coronavirus (COVID-19), from the Angel Alarcon online store we inform you: 

  • Shipments will be made every day (Monday to Friday except holidays).
  • The transit of the packages can be extended between 24 and 72 hours in addition to the usual shipping period.
  • Shipments and returns will be processed only and exclusively at home.
  • To preserve the safety of the deliveryman and customers, payment by cash on delivery and return by cash on delivery are cancelled. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal and transfer. The return will be managed by transfer.
  • No shipments or returns are made to the cities in confinement. The term of return in these cities will be extended the necessary time. In the case of realizing a purchase from these cities the shoes will be reserved the necessary time before its sending.
  • The deadline for requesting a return or exchange is extended to 30 days from the receipt of the shoe while the alarm status is active in Spain.

Our aim is your satisfaction, so if you are not happy with the product received you can change them or ask for a refund.

What is the lead time for change or refund?

Lead time is 14 days from reception date.

How can I ask for a change or refund?

To request a refund you can follow the next steps

1. Access the "Orders History" section of his or her account.

2. Select the order from which he wants to return an item.

3. Select the product(s) that s/he wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).

4. Add the quantity to refund

5.(optional) Add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.

Is there any charge for a refund?

For orders sent to Spain, return is free of charge.

For orders sent outside Spain. Shipment costs are at your expenses. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
